Getting started

Three steps to a coordinated solution.

Agree who manages the workplace and who manages the cloud, so everyone knows whom to contact.

  1. Choose a partner

Contact a partner in your region. Describe your environment and what you need to improve or have managed.

  2. Agree the scope

Agree on device and network administration, user support, pricing and service terms with the partner.

  3. Connect workplace IT with the cloud

WVG provides cloud infrastructure and backups within the service scope. Agree access, responsibilities and incident handling with your partner.

Tell WVG where you are based and what help you need. We will discuss a suitable approach and the connection to your cloud services. Always confirm remote and on-site support coverage with the specific partner.

How are responsibilities and SLAs divided?

The partner manages workplace IT within the agreed scope. WVG is responsible for cloud services under their contractual terms and SLAs. Partner response times, application management and cooperation between the parties must be agreed separately.

Is the IT partner’s work included in the cloud price?

You order IT outsourcing directly from the partner on agreed terms. WVG cloud services and the partner’s work are priced separately.
